WILLIAMS, Robert Henry (Santa Ana CA)
455-14-7271; b: 09-16-1897; D: 01-24-93
Editor, Williams Intelligence Summary
Williams described himself as
a former director of counterintelligence activities in the Army Air Forces. However,
Williams’ intelligence work was in Weather and Air Intelligence not
Counter-Intelligence. Per Williams in 4/51 issue of WIS: “In 1942 he organized, trained, and directed on the largest
Counter Intelligence investigative staff sections in the Army Air Forces…” but
a Major in the Military Intelligence Reserve stated that no
counter-intelligence force existed until 1944.
Newark 105-1910, #346 which is

Christian Educational Association reports that: “Williams claims to have vast experience in
the intelligence field dealing with the communist menace. However, pertinent records reflect he was
associated in a limited capacity with Air Force Intelligence during World War
II. Material printed by Williams is
often reprinted in ‘hate’
publications such as ‘Common Sense’.”

1947 pub, ADL and Its Use In The World Communist Offensive
1950 pub: Know Your Enemy [6/56 = 10th printing, 10,000 copies]
Self-described as “Counter-intelligence information for Governors, Mayors, police personnel, for political and military strategists” and “for citizens interested in preventing sabotage and revolution.” Pedro A. Del Valle recommends it in brief introductory comment on front page.
In
his “statement of policy” Williams observes: “This publication
attacks no man because of his race but it spares no subverter because of his
race. The publisher believes that those
basic carriers of Communism and political Zionism who attempt to hide behind
the Jewish religion must be mercilessly exposed, both to discourage them and to
make the American citizen understand the nature of the subversive attack against
this nation, its institutions, and its people.
The publisher urges the Jews of America to repudiate their vicious
leaders and embrace Americanism thereby preventing the tragic race conflict
fomented by the revolutionists.”
In
the “preface to tenth edition”
Williams claims that in 1942 he was the
head of the “Intelligence Staff section for the
Training Center No. 4 of the Army Air Forces at Miami Beach Fla” where he “trained and
directed one of the largest Counterintelligence investigative staffs in the
AAF. Later he became executive officer
for the Intelligence and Public Relations section, Headquarters, Miami Beach
Schools. In this assignment he trained
and directed the combined and expanded intelligence section over the various
Miami Beach Air Installations.”
Chapter

#4 = “ADL – Secret Government of the United States”
